1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 90jj platform and all of its services. By registering an account on 90jj, or by using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using any services on the 90jj platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To use the 90jj platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming services is not prohibited by law.
• You must open an account in your own name and of your own free will — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform voluntarily.
• Only one account per person is permitted.

If it is later found that a user has not met any of the above conditions, 90jj reserves the right to cancel that account at any time and withhold the relevant balance.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Identity Verification

90jj may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

The 90jj platform currently supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this may take longer in cases involving identity verification or other security reviews.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Your account's identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal. If a bonus has been accepted, winnings derived from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account at 90jj, a 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
• A bonus may not be used in combination with another bonus, unless explicitly permitted.
• 90jj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games — details are specified in each offer's description.
• If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is found on any account, 90jj reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and winnings.

6 VIP & Loyalty Program

90jj has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier placement is based on your overall activity, and regular engagement with the platform is required to move to a higher tier. 90jj reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90jj platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Placing artificial bets or engaging in bonus arbitrage for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits.
• Any form of match-fixing, fraud, or software manipulation.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or to benefit, a minor.
• Playing using any automated bot, script, or third-party software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.

Violating these rules may result in 90jj cancelling the account, confiscating the balance, and taking legal action where necessary.
